Baked Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 1/2 lb.) frying chicken
    2 1/2 c. water
    pinch of saffron
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put the chicken, water, saffron and salt in a kettle.
    Cover with the lid and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to medium and cook approximately 35 minutes, until the chicken is soft.
    Remove the chicken and debone.
    Discard the skin and cut the meat into bite size pieces.
    Strain the chicken stock.
    If necessary, add water to make 2 cups of chicken stock.
