Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick Parkay
    2 eggs, unbeaten
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
    2 c. sifted flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter, add eggs.
    Stir in bananas (the riper the bananas the better the flavor) and lemon juice.
    Add flour, baking powder and salt.
    Mix quickly.
    Stir in nuts.
    Bake in greased loaf pan 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
