End Of Garden Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. carrots, chopped
    1 c. each: cucumbers, celery, cabbage, sweet peppers, onions and green tomatoes, all chopped fine
    1 c. green beans, cut into 1-inch long pieces
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 c. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Soak cucumbers, peppers, cabbage, onions and tomatoes overnight in salt water (1/2 cup salt to 2 quarts water).
    Drain. cook carrots and green beans until tender.
    Mix all ingredients and boil 10 minutes.
    Pack in sterilized jars and seal.
