Sourdough Bread("Starter" From Scratch And "Bread") - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
2 c. warm water
2 c. flour, sifted
2/3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. instant potato flakes
6 c. bread flour (Pillsbury, White Lily, etc.)
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 c. starter
1/2 c. corn oil
1 1/2 c. warm water
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Pat top with corn oil.
Then cover lightly with foil paper and let rise for 10 to 12 hours.
Knead a little while in bowl, then divide into 3 or 4 equal parts and knead each part 12 to 15 times on floured board.
Put into greased loaf pans.
(Spray with Pam or Mazola corn oil spray.) Brush tops with corn oil.
Cover with waxed paper and 2 dish towels.
Let rise in pans 12 hours.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Remove from pans, brush tops with melted butter or margarine.
Cool on racks.
