Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked white chicken or turkey
2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated onion
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. grated American cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips (barbecue chips very good)
Preparation

Combine ingredients, except last two.
Toss lightly and place in casserole.
Sprinkle with cheese and chips.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Serves 6.
