Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. grated zucchini
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
Then add sugar, oil, zucchini and vanilla.
Mix lightly but well.
Combine flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
Add to egg and zucchini mixture.
Stir until well blended.
Add nuts.
Pour into greased loaf pans (2) and sprinkle top with cinnamon, sugar and nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
