Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
    2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. club soda
    1 tsp. salt
    5 c. Bisquick mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0 (must be hot).
    Combine all ingredients; knead dough until smooth.
    Flour hands, pat out dough flat to 3/4 inches thick on floured board with biscuit cutter.
    Bake on greased sheet for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes approximately 18 biscuits.
