Danish Apple Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. margarine
    1 egg yolk and enough milk to make 2/3 c.
    2 handfuls cornflakes or other cereal
    8 to 10 apples
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg white
Preparation
    Sprinkle crust with cornflakes.
    Put sliced apples on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon mixed with sugar.
    Roll out other 1/2 of dough.
    Place on top; pinch edges.
    Beat egg white until stiff; brush on crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    While warm, drizzle with frosting.
