Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
    3 c. sugar
    1 can pumpkin (15 oz.)
    1 c. Crisco oil
    2/3 c. water
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 greased loaf pans
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Put nuts in last. Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Turn down to 300\u00b0 when you put the bread in oven. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Makes 3 loaves.
