Irish Whole Meal Brown Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown flour
    1 c. white flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 pinch salt
    sour or buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together and slowly add sour milk until mixture forms a doughy consistency.
    Divide into 4 pieces.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Put cross on dough before baking.
