Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. 14 oz. diced potatoes
    2 cups chicken bouillon
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped celery
    Salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 cups skim milk
    6 slices low fat processed American Cheese
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, cook potatoes, chicken bouillon, celery margarine, salt and pepper until potatoes are done. Add flour, milk, and cheese and stir until thickened. Makes 6 servings.
