Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
3 eggs
2 c. canned Libby's pumpkin
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. each: baking soda, clove, nutmeg and cinnamon
Preparation

Mix together sugar, oil, eggs and pumpkin.
Sift dry ingredients and add.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans.
Makes 2 regular size loaves.
