Ham And Belgian Endives - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices boiled ham
    6 Belgian endives
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 pt. (more or less) light cream
    1/2 c. grated Swiss
Preparation
    Blanch endives in boiling water for about 5 minutes.
    Let cool. Roll each endive in a slice of ham.
    Arrange side by side in an oblong, buttered baking dish.
