1 3/4 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
18 regular marshmallows, cut in half
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
