Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. grated unpeeled zucchini
1 c. raisins
Preparation

In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, soda, baking powder, eggs, vanilla, salt and oil; mix well.
Stir in zucchini and raisins.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 50 minutes at 350\u00b0, until pick inserted in center comes out clean.
When cool, cake may be cut in bars and frozen.
