Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, well beaten
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    2/3 c. water
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. flour, sifted
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Mix ingredients in the order given. Stir well.
    Grease and flour three loaf pans (9 x 4-inch).
    Pour batter into the loaf pans.
    Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
    Great to give as a gift!
