Beef Roast With Wine And Beer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 roast (any size)
1/2 c. cooking wine
1 can beer
1 envelope Lipton dry onion soup mix
potatoes (as many as needed)
carrots (as many as needed)
Preparation

Place roast in large pan.
(If roast is frozen, add an extra 45 minutes to cooking time.)
Pour wine and beer over roast. Sprinkle dry onion mix over.
Cover.
Roast for 3 hours at 325\u00b0. Last hour, put in vegetables.
