Soft Molasses Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. molasses
    1 c. sour cream
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 to 3 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Dough will be stiff.
    Chill dough.
    Roll 1/4 inch thick.
    Cut with favorite cutters.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 to 425\u00b0 for 12 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen.
