Chocolate Donuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can biscuits
    cooking oil
    8 tsp. water
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
    cake decorator sprinkles
Preparation
    Mix powdered sugar and cocoa.
    Add water; mix and set aside. Heat 1/2-inch oil in small skillet on medium heat.
    Cut or punch holes in biscuits.
    When oil is hot, drop biscuits (a few at a time) into oil.
    Cook until golden brown on both sides. Dip fried donuts into chocolate mix.
    Place on a platter and sprinkle with decorator sprinkles, chopped pecans, coconut, etc.
