Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. unpeeled, thinly sliced zucchini
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    dash of pepper
    little minced garlic
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease well 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Spread mixture in pan.
    Bake about 25 to 30 minutes, or until brown.
    Cut into 2 1/2 x 1-inch pieces.
    Best served warm.
    Can be frozen and reheated.
