Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. flour
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2/3 c. water
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour, eggs, oil, water, pumpkin, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg in bowl.
    Beat until smooth. Spoon into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove to wire rack to cool.
    May add nuts, if desired. Yields 24 servings.
