Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. shortening
2 beaten eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. coconut
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Blend together brown sugar, white sugar, shortening, eggs and self-rising flour.
Add the other ingredients: coconut, oatmeal, Rice Krispies and nuts.
Mix well and drop on ungreased cookie sheet.
Mixture will be very stiff.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
