Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    3 beaten eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. finely grated zucchini
Preparation
    Mix together the oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
    Sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Add dry to wet, alternating with the zucchini.
    Bake 1 large loaf for 55 minutes or 3 small loaves for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
