Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 c. quick oats
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar, molasses or honey
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. boiling water
    5 to 6 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    In a large bowl combine oats, whole wheat flour, sugar, salt and margarine.
    Pour boiling water over all and mix well.
    When mixture is cooled to lukewarm, stir in yeast.
    Stir in approximately half of flour.
    Turn onto floured surface and knead in remaining flour.
