Ingredients

1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. reduced-calorie margarine
1/2 c. light molasses
2 c. flour
1/4 c. ground almonds
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cardamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
vegetable cooking spray
Preparation

In small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, butter and molasses.
Bring to boil.
Let cool 3 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients in bowl.
Stir in honey mixture thoroughly.
Divide dough into four plastic wrapped logs and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Lightly coat sheet with cooking spray.
Roll logs into thin dough and cut into shapes.
Then bake 5 minutes or until firm.
