Italian Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 pkg. dry (rapid) yeast
    1 egg
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Heat 1 1/4 cups water and oil.
    Add flour, sugar, salt and rapid rise yeast; mix together.
    Work dough and then add beaten egg to mixture.
    Rub 1 tablespoon oil in bowl then add dough and cover 1 hour.
    Put into oiled loaf pan and cover for about 40 minutes. Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
