Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 beaten eggs
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix well flour, sugar, cinnamon, soda, salt and vanilla.
    Then add eggs, oil, zucchini and pecans.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Small loaves should be baked 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
    Serve hot or cold.
    Freezes well.
