Cinnamon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 envelope dry yeast
2 eggs
2 1/3 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Bring milk to scalding.
Remove from heat; stir in butter (in small pieces), sugar and salt.
Let cool.
In a bowl, mix yeast with 1/4 cup warm water.
Let stand about 5 minutes.
Add milk mixture, 1 egg, 1 egg yolk and flour; blend well.
Place dough on a well floured board; knead until smooth and velvety, about 5 minutes.
Place in a bowl.
Cover; let rise in a warm place until doubled (takes about 1 1/2 hours).
Knead again on a floured board to expel air bubbles.
