Zucchini Pecan Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
3 c. grated zucchini (skin, seeds and all)
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs; add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 75 minutes.
