Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
1 c. pineapple, chopped and drained
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. grated zucchini (do not peel)
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Beat eggs. Add oil, sugar and zucchini. Mix well. Then add remaining ingredients. Pour into tube or rectangle pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
