Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    2 c. sugar
    8 eggs
    2 large cans crushed pineapple, drained
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    10 slices day-old white bread, cubed
    3 pineapple slices
    3 maraschino cherries
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time; beat well after each addition. Stir in lemon juice and pineapple; fold in bread cubes. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0
    for 35 to 40 minutes, until set. Garnish with whole slices of pineapple and candied cherries.
