Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 lb. cold butter
1 pinch of salt
3 egg yolks
grated lemon peel
Preparation

Knead all ingredients together.
Wrap in aluminum foil.
Put in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Form roll, cut in slices, roll and shape dough.
\"S\" is the traditional form.
Bake at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
