Magic Steak Strips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. plain flour
    salt and pepper
    oil
Preparation
    Cut steak in 1-inch strips.
    Dip in buttermilk, then in flour and back in buttermilk and flour.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Fry in hot oil until brown and tender.
    Serve with salad and baked potatoes and watch them disappear like magic.
