Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 large eggs
    2 c. zucchini, grated
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    In a
    large bowl, mix sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs; mix well. Add zucchini; stir.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Fold in nuts and raisins.
    Pour
    into
    2 (9 x 5-inch) pans.\tBake in a 350\u00b0 oven for
    60
    to
    90 minutes.
    Top will crack when done.
    Test with toothpick.
