Steamed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. beef or chicken broth
    1 lb. (5 c.) sliced mushrooms
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Bring broth to boil.
    Add mushrooms, salt and pepper.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover and cook 4 to 6 minutes or until tender. Makes 2 cups.
