Chicken Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    oil
    bread crumbs
    egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 jar or can pizza sauce
    1 small jar mushrooms
Preparation
    Beat chicken with tenderizer and mallot.
    Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
    In a separate bowl, beat egg and add milk.
    Lay out bread crumbs on a separate plate.
    Dip chicken in egg milk mixture, then coat with bread crumbs.
    Fry chicken gently until light brown.
    Turn and brown other side; drain.
    Put each piece of chicken in a casserole dish.
    Pour pizza sauce over chicken, then mushrooms.
    Finally, top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes until sauce is hot and cheese melted.
