1 c. margarine
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/3 c. butter blended pancake syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. oats
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Cream butter, peanut butter and sugar; beat in egg, syrup and vanilla.
Add flour; stir in oats and coconut.
Drop onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
