Banana Bisque With Cinnamon Toast Croutons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices homemade-style white bread, crusts discarded and bread cut into 1/4 inch cubes
    3 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    In baking pan, toss bread with butter. Arrange in one layer and bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven, tossing occasionally, for 3 minutes.
    In small bowl combine sugar, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
    Toss croutons to coat them and bake in oven for 5 minutes, tossing occasionally until crisp and brown.
    Let cool.
