Frosted Cashew Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. dairy sour cream
    1 1/2 c. salted cashews, halved
Preparation
    Cream softened butter and brown sugar.
    Add egg and vanilla; mix until smooth.
    Add flour mixture and sour cream; stir.
    Fold in cashews.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
