Cranberry Orange Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. unsalted butter
3/4 c. orange juice
1 egg, beaten
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 1/4 c. whole fresh cranberries
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Cut butter into dry ingredients; add juice and egg.
Mix well.
Add nuts and cranberries.
Mix well.
Pour into greased and floured pans (one 9 x 5 x 3-inch or three 10 ounce loaf pans). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cool on rack.
