Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. white sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cream of tartar
4 c. + 4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. Mazola oil
1 3/4 stick oleo
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Put sugar, eggs, lemon juice, vanilla, Mazola oil and softened oleo into large bowl.
Beat well with mixer until light and fluffy, then add dry ingredients, adding the flour last.
Chill and roll into small balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with glass dipped in sugar.
May mix red and green sugar with white sugar.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
