1 3/4 c. flour
2/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
1/2 granulated sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Mix flour, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside. Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chunks and nuts. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 11 to 13 minutes or just until golden brown.
