Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine sugars, oil and eggs.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Combine dry ingredients and stir in pumpkin.
    Add water, raisins and nuts.
    Pour in greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 minutes, or until done.
