Caramel Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1/3 c. oil
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. chocolate chips
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 (14 oz.) caramel candy
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil and water.
    Beat on low speed until moistened.
    Beat on high for 2 minutes.
    Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan and pour in half of the batter.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
