Indian Fried Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk or milk
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Mix flour and milk together to resemble pancake texture. Melt butter in skillet; pour batter in hot skillet in approximately 2 to 3-inch circles.
    After little holes appear on bread, flip over on other side; fry until done.
    Spread with peanut butter and eat.
