Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (7 1/2 oz.) jars baby food carrots
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. salad oil
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Blend carrots with sugar, salad oil and eggs.
Combine flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
Add this to carrot mixture; mix well. Stir in nuts.
