Sugar-Free Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups sliced apples
    1 6oz. can frozen apple juice
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    pastry for double crust
Preparation
    Wash apples.
    Peel, quarter, and remove core and slice.
    Heat apple juice in saucepan.
    Add apple slices; cover and simmer. Stir in cornstarch which has been blended with a little water. Fill pastry shell with apples.
    Dot margarine over top.
    Top with remaining pastry.
    Trim edges and cut vents in top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until brown.
