Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. carrots, grated
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Stir dry ingredients together.\tMix
eggs and oil, then mix with dry ingredients.
Fold
in
carrots,
chopped walnuts and raisins.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for
55 minutes in lightly greased and floured pan.
