Indian Squash Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated squash
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Blend together eggs, oil and vanilla.
    Stir in all the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly by hand.
    Add chopped nuts.
    Pour into two well-greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Keeps well in the refrigerator and freezes well.
