Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
Preparation

Spray 9 x 12-inch cake pan.
Sprinkle coconut and nuts on bottom of pan.
Mix cake mix by box directions.
Pour over nuts and coconut.
Have cream cheese at room temperature.
Mix with powdered sugar.
Drop by spoonfuls on cake mix.
Do not stir. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
